Besides the elective classes which follow  are ongoing classes which offer a variety of opportunities for you to have fellowship and participate in many more interactive teaching times with other Antioch attendees. Our regular, ongoing classes include the following:

In Touch Class
Are you looking for a way to get connected? Do you want to learn more about God and what He has said in His Word, in a setting where you can ask questions and discuss applications together with others? Are you looking for some other believers who can support you, and you them? The new In Touch class will be ongoing and will help you plug in to some new relationships!

While this class is a prerequisite for membership at Antioch, it is for ANYONE who wants to learn something about what Antioch believes and teaches.  You will review Antioch's mission statement and her distinctives, and will work through the doctrinal statement with plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

CROSS TRAINING I  (Chains I)

Chains I is the first discipleship class at Antioch.  This class will equip you to live the Christian life by learning about assurance, forgiveness, vain regrets, accusations, prayer, trials, loving unlovable people, being filled with the Holy Spirit, Christian warfare and Christian liberty.

GETTING OUT OF DEBT

Learn the biblical principles that will change the way you think about your finances and put you on the road to financial freedom! (A "Getting Out of Debt" Class is also offered Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:00 at the SDA school, where AWANA is held, beginning Jan. 23).  Sunday class begins  JAN. 20

BIBLE OVERVIEW

This Bible survey class provides a BIG PICTURE VIEW of the Bible.  His-Story will be revealed from Genesis to Revelation as you get a rapid analytical overview of all 66 books of the Bible.  We'll discuss the who, what, when, where, why and how in the historical context as we systematically flow quickly through the Bible.  The objective of this course is to develop a cohesive understanding of the Bible.   This understanding will help equip you to walk in faith, defend your faith, grow in faith and trust God at His Word.

FOUNDATIONS FOR FAITH
The world says that evolution accounts for all of life, and the Bible is not factually true.  Our children are trained at home and in church to believe the Bible and then when they hit the secondary schools, they are confronted with the world's viewpoint.  How do we confront the world's claims, and how do we help our children?  This class will show you how to build the case for believing the Bible's account of origins.  Your confidence in the Bible will grow as you learn the reasons for trusting it.  The class is for everybody from age ten on up - children, parents and other adults - anyone who would like to learn the foundations for believing.  Begins on JAN. 20.

SMALL GROUP LEADERS TRAINING
As Antioch begins a new emphasis on small groups in 2008, this seven week training session is offered to anyone who thinks they might be called to lead an IMPACT small group.  (IMPACT groups provide a place of connection, support, and accountability for all adults in our growth into Christlikeness.)  Leaders of Men's and Women's and other groups are also invited to come and brush up on their skills, as well as anyone who is interested in supporting the small group ministry.  Begins Feb. 3.

PREPARATION FOR PARENTING TODDLERS
This class covers the introduction of solid foods, managing mealtimes, nap transitions, traveling , setting reasonable limits while encouraging healthy exploration, teaching basic sign language and much more.  Begins Jan. 20.

Pastor Hutch invites all Singles and College Age students to join him for this class!  It's not for the faint in heart, or for those who are content just "doing church," but for those who want to change the world!  Catch Hutch's vision for the purpose of the church in response to our world, You will be challenged out of complacency into action.  Begins Jan. 9.
