Prayer Service Print

Calling ALL Men and Woman of Antioch to join us for the "National Day of Prayer," Thursday, May 1, to seek God for our Nation and our Church.

May we be a hungry people for God's presence and His ways. In preparation for the night of prayer, it is important that we:
  • Prepare our hearts and minds by confessing and repenting of our sin so that our prayers may be heard
  • Spend time in personal prayer and worship before we even come to the corporate meeting.
  • Ask our Father if He wants you to fast and if so, what. This is not to impress God or others, but to forego our fleshly desires in order to hear the Lord and hunger after spiritual things.
  • Seek the Lord and ask Him to reveal any sin in your attitudes, speech, relationships or any hidden thing. "Search me O God and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there is any wicked way in me and lead me in the way of everlasting." (Psalms 139:23-24)
Come thirsty and hungry, come humbly, with a clean heart. Be prepared to come boldly to the throne of grace. Just COME!
