Cara Bowman's grandfather has been missing since thursday morning from his Everett "assisted" living home. Cara an David Bowman are faithful Antioch members. They are in Arizona on vacation. Cara posted this an hour ago on facebook regarding her missing 97 yr. old grandfather: Well folks, another clue... The dogs sniffed his sent, to the end of the dock. They also found his cane. Yesterday's "body" spotted and searched by the coast guard was really the final sign for me. I read the description and two witnesses saw it. They mentioned his clothing, so I doubt it was a log! I feel he is gone. In fact, I feel him with me today. He was the 1st one to teach me golf and the day started w/a birdie (over water) he hasn't been able to golf in many years and I know he's smiling down on me. I just have sensed him all day and feel his love and joy in my bones~ I love you all for yr effort and thoughts... Not unheard by God! He was probably gone before we even started. Again..yr support has Really helped us through it all, and is the biggest blessing through this sadness. My Grandma needs prayers most... She has not slept by herself in over 70 years (except while he was in the Navy) they always wished to die together...
My mother turn away from god and seeks her own pleasures. My sister is a strong feminist and is very far from god. She hates the idea that men are heads of house hold/ teaching or anything thing telling her what to do. She is at bitter odds with the bible and god. I ask for a prayer that they will be saved.
Please pray for my family. On Thursday, Nov 12, my sister, Dawn, unexpectedly suffered respiratory failure and died. She was 45 years old and leaves a 20 year old son and a 7 year old daughter. Also, nearly a month ago, my uncle, Arthur, died of cancer. Both Dawn and Arthur lived in Akron, OH, near much of my family, including my mother. I will be traveling back to Ohio this week for Dawn's funeral. It will be my first visit in nearly 7 years and my first extended period away from my 5 children. Please pray for peace and comfort for my family in Ohio, safe travel for me, and a sane and happy time for my husband, Nathan, with the kids.
I've been Laid-off for six months Prayer for Employment as a Design Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer in the Aerospace industry. I would like to relocate to Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, especially Texas, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia. Washington is of course an option. The Lord in meeting my needs while I'm between employers. And to sell my house I'm currently in. Praise G-d

Please pray for one of the residents at Acres of Diamonds. Her daughter was removed from her custody by her husbands sister. There are a lot of allegations being thrown around, but this young lady is doing everything she can to get her life back in order. She is a believer and her daughter who is 4yrs just accepted Christ 10/8/09. When the daughter was being taken away, she told her Mom to talk to her in her heart like Jesus talks to her. She is very precious. Please pray for safety for the daughter and peace and strenght for the Mom. Also, that this will be resolved quickly. God Bless you. Elizabeth
