How long at Antioch?
Since 2002
Family:
I am number two of seven children. Six girls and one boy. I have three sisters that live here in Washington. The rest of my family lives in southern Idaho.
Education:
College/ Music Education ( I have one science class left to graduate with my AA!! :) )
Activities/Hobbies:
I love to sing and play softball especially with my family. Volleyball is another favorite sport. If I had my own Harley or horse I would ride them often. I would like to learn how to handle a gun well. So that if the need ever came up I could help instead of scream.
Why Antioch?
Antioch stands firmly on the Word of God. The pastors preach directly from the Bible and I love the multi-cultural emphasis. This is truly how heaven must be!
Great memories at Antioch:
One of my fondest memories at Antioch was at one of the all church BBQ's. A very nice lady came up to me to chat as I was directing people to the appropriate line. Freddie Cantrell walked up to us with a plate of food for me. I was starving and began to eat as I enjoyed the conversation. I am not sure exactly how it happened but by the time she left I had become Freddie's daughter. There was never a chance to correct her before she turned to walk away. My mouth was full of food so I couldn't say anything! So now I am known by some as KiKi Cantrell! Too funny!
Favorite Books:
Bible, My Utmost for His Highest, Loving God With All Your Mind, Mark Of The Lion Trilogy, Redeeming Love, Lineage of Grace Series, Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis, Francine Rivers is another favorite author.
Favorite Music:
I like all kinds of music. I especially like Worship, Contemporary Christian, Country, Jazz (especially Big Band Era), and Golden Oldies.
I want to be remembered for:
A woman after God's own heart, a woman of encouraging words, and a woman of the Word.
