May 19-21, 2017 at Lake Retreat Camp with speaker, Curt Warner.
$100.00 By May 7, 2017
$115.00 After May 8, 2017
Our men’s retreat is designed to get you away from distractions and help you focus on getting equiped to more effectively take an active stand for the Lord Jesus Christ as a trained and committed soldier.
Unfortunately, many Christians have become little more than religious spectators committed to convenience. Rather, we should be Christian soldiers committed to populating heaven and depopulating hell. We are in a spiritual and cultural war where more people are against us than for us, but remember that the great equalizer, Jesus Christ, stands with us and for us. Romans 8:31 reminds us, if God is for us, it does not matter who is against us.
The worship will be great, fellowship will happen, and relationships will be developed. But our primary purpose for this weekend is to focus on speakers, WORKshops, and breakout sessions, all designed to help you “more effectively contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.” Jude 3.
Curt Warner earned a Bachelor of Arts in speech communications from Penn State in 1983. Curt understands winning and motivating a team to win. During his years as a gifted football running back from high school through his years in the NFL, Curt has inspired a winning attitude through his own example. He was a two-time All-American at Penn State University, drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the first round of the 1983 NFL Draft, was a three-time Pro Bowler (1983, 1986, 1987) and inducted into the Seattle Seahawks Ring of Honor in 1994.
After football, Curt spent twenty years in the auto business as owner of multiple auto stores. Besides his special gift on the football field, Curt has a great talent for teaching others how to focus on winning in a competitive environment. As a popular motivational speaker for both local and national business organizations, Curt will help you develop your team’s winning culture. Curt Warner is uniquely qualified to help others recognize their potential, and help them strive to win in business.
