Q: How do you answer the fairness question? Is it unfair to keep homosexuals from legal marriage?A: Is it unfair not to let three people marry? Is it unfair that the men of NAMBLA (North American Man-Boy Love Association) not be allowed to marry little boys? It is not an issue of fairness but of righteousness and the Bible calls homosexuality sin.
Q: How will this law effect who a church can hire?A: The only provision in this law protests pastors from being required to marry a same sex couple. However there is no provision to protect a pastor if gay people come to their church and want to get hired. If the pastor says no, that can be considered discriminatory.
Q: How long do we have to collect the signatures?A: For the referendum, 124,000 signatures must be gathered by June 6. For the initiative, 241,000 signatures must be gathered by July 6.
