And Yahweh said, “…you are to set the Levites apart from the other Israelites, and the Levites will be mine. . . . They are the Israelites who are to be given wholly to me.  I have taken them as my own. . .” Numbers 8:14, 16

The Levites were given the privilege and immense responsibility to perform duties for the High Priest and for the whole community at the Tent of Meeting.  They set it up and tore it down, fulfilling the obligations of the Israelites by doing the work of the tabernacle.

The Levite Ministry needs a team of drivers to haul trailers to and from Lake Washington High School, as well as a team to move 80 cases and over 700 chairs to setup the gym and 40 classrooms, then break it down and pack it away at the end of the second service.  This ministry is not only for men, but women and children are also invited to serve.
