Mother's Day Leis This ministry was born out of the Islands (Hawaii) where several members of our body (not to mention our Mission Pastor and his wife) are from. The goal is to raise funds for a need while creating a cultural awareness. This process has brought much joy and unity to those who help as well as those who are blessed with a lei. Our flowers are flown in fresh from the Islands and hand sewn by women and children within our body. The proceeds from the sale of these leis go toward a local ministry whose ministry focus is women and children. It has been an incredible way to watch "culture meeting needs"! If you are interested in more information email: Holly Hughes

Depression. Today, just as we did that first day in 1932, we provide
hope to the hungry, homeless and hurting by meeting their physical,

to the Mission, we can offer food, shelter, rehabilitation, youth
programs and training programs as well as outreach to seniors, families
and prisoners. Seattle's Union Gospel Mission is committed to serving
the hungry, hurting, and homeless in our area - 24 hours a day 365
days a year. You can get more information at their website www.ugm.org or Holly Hughes , call 425-284-2647.
