Saturday, December 1
6:00-8:00 PM (Doors open at 5:30)
Northshore Senior Center, Bothell

You are invited to come celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season at one of the most anticipated events of the year.  This is the evening when our special speaker will tell her story and also explain very clearly how Jesus makes a difference in our lives.  Invite your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors, who do not yet know Him.  When the doors open, you are welcomed in and can wander among the uniquely decorated Christmas tables before dinner is served.

Cynthia Rainey is delighted and honored to speak at this year’s Christmas Dinner and be able to share God’s goodness in her life thus far. Her inspirational Bible verse is from 1 Chronicles 29:11-13 (NASB):

“Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and the earth; Yours is the dominion, O LORD, and You exalt Yourself as head over all. Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all, and in Your hand is power and might; and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone. Now therefore, our God, we thank You, and praise Your glorious name.”

When we walk in the truth of experiencing Jesus as our Savior, then we can TRULY give praise and adoration to God, our Father.

Guest Speaker, Cynthia Rainey

Cynthia has been attending Antioch for 18 years, with 9 of those years as a single woman before marrying her husband Jonathan Rainey in 2009.

While she was single, she served in Sunday school teaching preschoolers about God and also helped in children’s choir for a few years.

Later, under the leadership of her chaplain husband, Cynthia also served in college ministry and has spent more recent years mentoring college-aged and young adult women. One of her passions is to teach young women about the grace and forgiveness that can only come from God through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Cynthia is a licensed physical therapist of 14 years currently on a short hiatus. At this time, she is enjoying being a stay at home mom to her son, Josiah (4) and daughter, Arabella (1.5) and serving in any capacity alongside her energetic husband.
